Please Set Up My Hosting Account For Me…

Provide us the information we need to set up your hosting account for you using the secured form below:

Remember, we will be creating all the usernames, passwords, security challenge answers… you know, like, “What is your dog’s name?” etc. for you.  These will be sent to you when we complete the account set up. If you want to do this all yourself so you can make up your passwords yourself go to the Hosting or Migration Instructions page and follow the directions there.  In either case, you will be able to change passwords after the account is set up in your user profile.

Hosting Migration Information

  • 1. Select Your HostGator Hosting Plan

    The BUSINESS PLAN is the RECOMMENDED PLAN for >80% of our clients. The free SSL Security Certificate and Dedicated IP address, which is included in all plans, optimizes Google Search ranking at no additional cost! -- John D.
    The recommended plan is the Business Plan. If you want any of the lower level plans I will adjust the pricing credits accordingly. Only the most complex websites should select the higher level plans. You can always upgrade if need be!
  • 2. Select Your Billing Cycle

    Here is where you can save the most.... The standard cost for the Business Plan is $16.95 / month before tax. We will be crediting you $17 / month for the Business Plan selection in your next invoice cycle from Rockbridge. This way there is no incremental cost to you once the cycle ends and you renew. In fact, I will be paying you for the duration of the cycle you choose!

    Why would I do this? To keep you as a customer of course! The longer the cycle the better you make out! Its totally up to you. Remember we are an authorized reseller and authorized to provide technical support only for HostGator (and A2 Hosting) at the deep server level on your behalf directly just as we have always done for you in the past. No change to the support you have come to expect while your reduced support agreement stays in effect. If you leave HostGator, however, or cancel your support agreement, I can only support you at our current Time and Material rates and on a best effort basis only if you have a server problem, email or website issue!

    To get the biggest savings in the long run select the 2-3 yr. multi year invoice cycle if possible. See the pricing image above and percentage discounts. The credit in any case being provided to you is $17 / month that covers any option you select including month to month since the discounted pricing ends at the end of the cycle. So you can actually get more extra saving by a longer cycle.
  • 3. Let Us Know Where Your Domain Name Is Registered

    If your domain name is not registered with us we will eventually need the log in information at your domain name provider like GoDaddy or some other source so we can redirect the domain name to HostGator. If you purchase and renew your domain name with us, Rockbridge Hosting we can do that for you as well. Either way, we can assist.
    This question is about your domain name. I will eventually need access to your domain name service to direct the domain name during the migration. I may need to contact you for access information if you don't have the domain with Rockbridge.
  • 4. Provide Credit Card / Billing Information

    I will need a credit card to set up the account for you based on the plan you select above. This is a fully encrypted secured payment processing form (high encryption Positive SSL Certificate)
    Please provide the credit card information you would like us to use for your account and/or purchases you authorize us to make on your behalf upon prior request.
  • Please double check for accuracy and use spaces for legibility 🙂
  • 3 digit security code is on the back of your card in the signature area for Visa and MC. 4 digit code is on the front of your AMX card.
  • The name exactly as it appears on your credit card. If business, use the name that appears on the card!
  • Please provide your phone number so we may contact you if there is a problem with the information you submitted.
