BILLING INFORMATION – Only after speaking with you will we request a method of payment (CC# etc.) and a deposit based on 1 month’s payment for the type of website you decide to order – GOLD – SILVER – BRONZE or CUSTOM.  We use this deposit as your approval to start setting up your new website and hosting service.  Deposits will not be processed until AFTER your site is up and on-line for the first 30 days and you are completely satisfied with it!

Deposits are then applied to your 2nd month’s billing! You get a full thirty days free!  If you are dis-satisfied for any reason within the first 30 days we will refund your deposit **(less the domain registration fee if you had us register a new domain name on your behalf) no questions asked.  Domain names which you order are yours and are transferable and renewable yearly and as such are non refundable.  Domain names are however INCLUDED FREE (we will pay for your domain name yearly) as long as you maintain your website with Rockbridge Hosting (Yes, even if you decide to have someone else do the final design of your website!)
